perfect hotel with excellent staff

i found the staff friendly and helpful . i was warmly welcomed at check-in and felt very comfortable. i was able to leave my luggage after check-out so i could see the city a bit longer. the room had a well-functioning air conditioning system that worked perfectly
the rooms smelt funny air con was making a lot of sound at night which caused you not to fall asleep rooms are smelly the fridge in the room was not working so is the menu to order stuff on the tv was not working

the room was quiet and very clean it had a well-functioning air conditioning system the bed was comfortable i appreciated the provided amenities i did not encounter any issues with noise or cleanliness .

the hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the bull statue i also learned that it is a short taxi ride of about five minutes the location is convenient there is easy access to transportation options i found it easy to explore the area.

the dining room restaurant serves delicious food i was happy with the menu options the breakfast had a good spread i also appreciated that the restaurant worked late at night this was very helpful after a long day.

the staff was amazing they spoke communicative english the service was excellent i felt well taken care of throughout my stay i especially appreciated the warm welcome at check-in i would like to commend the team for their hospitality.

the hotel has a spa in the basement where massages are available i used the spa services and was very happy with the experience the hotel also offers parking the parking system is safe i found the facilities to be well-kept and useful.

the air conditioning made A LOT of noise at night. i could not fall asleep easily because of this. the fridge also did not work, and the tv menu was unresponsive. i was disappointed.

I loved how clean everything was! the sauna and steam room were free to use. That's a huge bonus. the staff were super cute and friendly. i even left my luggage after checkout and explored a little bit more!
the food menu felt a bit overpriced compared to the food quality, honestly. it's a minor thing, but worth mentioning.
