My stay at Sundance Hotel Istanbul was a mix of positives and negatives. The air conditioning left much to be desired, keeping my room uncomfortably warm. While the breakfast was excellent and offered a delicious variety, my dining experience was marred by slow service at the Bistro. However, the staff, especially Arzu Deniz, provided commendable hospitality, which truly enhanced my stay.
